John founded Home Check Inspection Group in 2019 with a vision of providing thorough, reliable home inspections and exceptional customer service. Under his leadership, Home Check Inspection Group has expanded from its roots in Austin to serve clients throughout Central Texas, including San Antonio, Waco, Temple, and Killeen.
With years of hands-on inspection experience, John now focuses on training and mentoring home inspectors, maintaining consistent quality standards, and supporting the team's continued growth. His goal is to ensure every inspector delivers the same level of thoroughness, professionalism, and clear communication that the company has built its reputation on.
John remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, helping ensure every client receives an exceptional inspection experience.
Courtney Nunez - Director of Operations
As the Director of Operations at Home Check Inspection Group, Courtney brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our team. With a strong background in business operations and customer relations, she’s passionate about building efficient systems that make life easier for both clients and inspectors alike.

Alexis Fink - Operations & Marketing Coordinator
Alexis is our Operations & Marketing Coordinator at Home Check Inspection Group. She is local to San Antonio and brings several years of experience in office administration, operations, and customer service to our growing team.
Before joining us, Alexis supported fast-paced offices in administrative and operations roles, coordinating meetings and events, managing scheduling, and helping streamline day-to-day processes.
