If your home has a pool, we can come out and check the components of it to ensure everything is as it should be.  Additionally, there are critical safety items related to pools such as drain type, fencing/access and more that are important to know about.  

We can run a camera through your main drain lines to check the condition for you.  Are you buying an older home that may have cast iron drain piping?  Are you buying a new construction home that may have debris that got into the drain lines?  Repairs can be expensive.  We‘ll let you know what we find. Termites can do a lot of damage before ever being detected.  We are licensed with the Texas Department of Agriculture to perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspections.  We'll check high and low for any indicators of prior or active infestation of termites and other Wood Destroying Insects. 

If you had an inspection and negotiated repairs, we can go back to reinspect and ensure repairs were actually and adequately completed.

At your request, we submit your inspection report to Repair Pricer.  They look at all deficiencies and determine what everything might cost to fix.  It’s even broken down by section and by item and you’ll get this report within 24 hours of submitting, leaving you plenty of time for negotiations.
